1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

2. Shipping Estimates (Delivery Time)

United States: 12–20 business days

Canada & Europe: 15–25 business days

Rest of the World: 20–35 business days

Free worldwide shipping is available on orders over $50.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may occasionally be delayed due to holidays, customs inspections, weather conditions, or periods of high demand.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information is usually available within 24–48 hours.

PawNest™ is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by your country's customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
