Thank you for choosing PawNest™. We are committed to delivering your order safely and as quickly as possible.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Canada & Europe 15–25 business days
Rest of World 20–35 business days

Free worldwide shipping on orders over $50. These are estimates only and may be delayed due to holidays, customs inspections, weather, or high-demand periods. PawNest™ is not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control.

3. Carriers

We ship via trusted international carriers including USPS, ePacket, YunExpress, and other logistics partners depending on your location.

4. Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking updates are typically available within 24–48 hours of shipment.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. PawNest™ has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@pawnestworld.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. PawNest™ is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@pawnestworld.com — we can only make changes before the order is dispatched.

8. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to pay customs duties, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
